SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship throughout the United States. After an order is processed, standard domestic delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to eligible countries and destinations. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs will be displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless those charges were collected during checkout.

The Coffman Chronicle cannot predict or control these additional charges.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at shop@thecoffmanchronicle.com.

We will try to correct the address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or shipped.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first.

If your package remains missing or appears significantly delayed, contact us at shop@thecoffmanchronicle.com with your name and order number. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.
